Smaller, lightweight items are typically dispatched via Royal Mail packet post, which may be untracked. Larger or heavier parts, along with RFN Warrior Kids bikes, are sent using DPD to ensure a secure and reliable delivery service.
For added security, DPD shipments may be sent using DPD’s PIN Code Delivery service. The unique PIN code required to receive your parcel will be sent to the email address and mobile phone number associated with your order. We also recommend downloading the DPD app and registering with the same email address used for your purchase, as this is the easiest and most reliable way to access your PIN and manage your delivery.

UK standard parts delivery costs ยฃ7.00. Higherโvalue or specialโorder items, such as controllers, batteries, wheels, and tyres, may incur additional shipping charges due to their size, value, or specific handling requirements.
For RFN Warrior Kids bikes, shipping method and cost may vary depending on the model and quantity ordered. These orders are typically shipped via DPD at a cost of ยฃ15 + VAT, with next working day delivery available for orders placed before 12:00 noon, Monday to Thursday.

For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are not included and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Customers have 28 calendar days from the date of receipt to return parts, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.

Yes. If a product is found to be faulty or defective, return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
All products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Where a fault is confirmed, the item will be repaired or replaced free of charge, and the return postage will be covered once the item has been sent back for inspection.
